Why homework should not be given to students.

      We high school students have it hard everyday. we need to stay up late to do homework and wake up early to go to school. Now you wouldn't want your students to go to your class all sleepy and tired would you? Wouldn't you want your students to come into class with spirit and joy of hearing no homework? well, getting rid of homework is a good way of starting this.
       Students should not be given homework. students stress out every night and don't get enough sleep due to the massive amount of homework. I've experienced the stress that homework has on students. An average amount of sleep a person should be getting is eight hours. But most high school students gets less than 6 hours of sleep. For example, i go to sleep around 1 then wake up at 6:30 to get to school on time. Sometimes student work late and can't wake up early and this effects not only their attendance, but also their grades.

    * You established ethos well by relating it to yourself. You also reemphasized your credentials of being a high school student when you gave your personal anecdote.

    * Your writing style is very concise and to the point. The reason of the speech was given clearly and coherently straight from the beginning. The audience would not be confused as to what you are trying to address.

Ap Exam

             My expectation for the AP exam was for it to be extremely difficult, which in my opinion I thought it was pretty hard. I also never knew how tiring it is to sit in a seat for an hour or more, it was extremely painful for me. The environment in which we got tested in was better than I expected. I thought that the gym was going to be hot, humid, and cramped. But there was a lot of space provided and the gym was pretty cool.               The essays question were a bit confusing besides the synthesis essay. I thought that the argumentative essay was the hardest. It was talking about the "Unknown" which took me time to think about because at first I had no idea what it wanted us to talk about. My hope is that I hope I at least pass (which I highly doubt). I believe this test gave me depression.
